(Speckled bread) is a traditional Welsh bread recipe. Our cheddar imitates this by blending the cheddar with plumped juicy raisins and mixed fruit which has been infused with ‘Black Mountain’ liqueur, a medieval apple and blackcurrant brandy our second liqueur produced by the Celtic Spirit Company. Served warmed through in a hot cross bun with crispy Smokey bacon is a delicious delight. The cheese is covered in a rich brown wax.
