At Penygraig Family Butchers, we are dedicated to delivering fresh meat to the CF postcodes we serve, ensuring top quality and convenience. Minimum order £30. Here's our delivery policy:

Local Delivery Service:

We offer same-day or scheduled delivery to the following CF postcodes: CF37, CF38, CF39, CF40, CF41, CF42, CF43 and CF72. Delivery costs a flat rate of £3.

Delivery Days and Times:

Deliveries are made between Tuesday and Saturday, with time slots allocated based on your postcode. You can also select your preferred delivery day in advance for added convenience.

Delivery Costs:

A flat rate of £3 is charged for all deliveries, regardless of the size of the order. Minimum order £30.

Flexible Delivery Options:

You have the flexibility to choose a delivery day that suits your schedule, allowing you to plan ahead. Please note that all deliveries must be scheduled in advance, and while we aim to deliver on your chosen date, seasonal demand may cause slight delays.

Postcode Coverage:

We only deliver to the specified CF postcodes and do not offer nationwide delivery. Our service is designed for local customers, ensuring quick and reliable delivery of fresh products.

Receiving The Delivery:

Pease ensure you or a family member is home at the agreed time slot. If you miss your delivery we will attempt delivery once more at at the end of the delivery route. If the second attempt is also missed, the order will need to be collected from the store.
