Picked up some bacon from this local butcher and it did not disappoint. The thickness is spot on—nice, chunky slices that cook evenly and hold their shape. The taste is fantastic too, rich and savoury with just the right balance of saltiness. You can really notice the quality compared to supermarket bacon. Definitely one I’ll be going back for.

Absolutely top-quality steak from this local butcher. The flavour is incredible rich, deep, and exactly what you want from a proper cut. Cooked up beautifully and was like butter to eat and cut, so tender it practically melted. You can really tell they take pride in their meat. Highly recommend if you’re after a standout steak experience.
