At Penygraig Family Butchers, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order—such as damaged or compromised meat—please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Please note: Customers who fail to collect their order will not receive a refund or receive a order replacement. 

You can reach us by phone or email, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue. If the problem is found to be due to an error on our part, we can offer you a full refund or exchange the item for an alternative product.
