November Hamper Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the November Hamper Giveaway run by Penygraig Family Butchers. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms.
2. The Prize
The prize is one free November Hamper, which includes:
• 2kg Turkey Crown (with or without stuffing)
• 2kg Beef Silverside Joint
• 2kg Pork Loin Joint (with or without stuffing)
• 1.8kg Gammon Slipper Joint
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
3. How to Enter
To enter, customers must purchase the November Hamper either in-store or online before 11:59pm on 31st October.
Online customers will be entered automatically using the email address provided at checkout.
In-store customers must provide a valid email address at the time of purchase to be entered.
Customers who have already purchased the November Hamper before the competition announcement will automatically be entered.
4. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over.
Employees of Penygraig Family Butchers and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
The draw will take place on 1st November.
The winner will be contacted via email and announced on Penygraig Family Butchers’ social media pages.
6. Prize Fulfilment
For online customers, the winner’s original purchase will be fully refunded.
For in-store customers, the cost of the hamper will be reimbursed via the same payment method used.
Penygraig Family Butchers reserves the right to verify the winner’s details before issuing the refund.
7. General Conditions
Only one entry per customer is permitted.
Penygraig Family Butchers reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control.
The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering, participants consent to their name being used in promotional material relating to the Giveaway.
