I roasted this with garlic and mint. It was amazing! Tender, flavourful, and miles above any supermarket meat!

i used them for stew lovely and tender the delivery man is so polite and very nice cant fault them they are great the meat is bewtyfull and well presented packed and named so no need for hunting for the meat you want
